Reminder:
Panam will be closed for warehouse maintenance and Thanksgiving Holiday,
from November 18th to November 29th.
We will resume normal business hours Monday, December 2nd.
Warranty:
Pan Am will only replace defective items under warranty by the product manufacturer.
Pan Am has no expressed warranties above and beyond the warranties stated by the product manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties do not cover any damages due to accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or product transportation.
Under no circumstances shall PanAm be held liable for any labor costs or other costs incurred from any defective products.
Pricing:
All prices herein are subject to change without notice due to extreme fluctuations in energy and raw material costs.
Shipping & Handling:
Pan Am normally will ship orders by UPS ground when possible.
Larger orders may be shipped by common carrier.
All shipping will be charged separately on your invoice.
Local delivery services may be available in your area.
Delivery charges are based on the final destination, please inquire with a sales representative to determine the delivery charge.
Delays in shipping or deliveries resulting from fires, strikes, accidents, wars, riots, or any other cause beyond our control shall not be our responsibility nor shall we be held liable for any loss whatever which may arise therefrom.

Please do not refuse the shipment of a package or box that has visible damage:
Make a note of it with the driver.
Open package and inspect for damage with the driver present.
Note that one stick of glass or a fluorescent lamp in a carton may sound like the whole box is damaged.
Please use proper gloves and eyewear protection when handling broken lamps and glass as they can be sharp.
Take a picture of the damages (if possible).
Mark on the bill of lading the exact damages.
Call and email a copy of the freight bill with exception number provided by driver to PanAm.
Keep all damaged items aside until notified by carrier or Pan Am to discard.​

Damages that occur or are discovered after delivery are not the responsibility of PanAm.
PanAm will not be held liable for any damages or additional costs that may be involved.
All claims must be filed with Pan Am within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Fuel Surcharge:
Reasonable charges may be added to your order.
Please inquire with our customer service representatives.
Hazardous Materials:
Not all liquid type products can be shipped by UPS, therefore; PanAm reserves the right to ship by Common Carrier for a safer and more cost effective alternative.
Additional charges may apply based on extra packing and special boxes needed to ensure safety of product and the carrier involved.
Returns:
If any goods must be returned for any reason, please contact us for proper instruction.
-Call for Authorization.
-A copy of the invoice must accompany the return with proper authorization by Pan Am.
All stock items must be returned within 30 days.
Returned goods will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Unopened merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange but must be shipped prepaid to us.
No cash refunds will be made.
Custom made and special ordered items are not returnable under any circumstances unless deemed defective.
All lamps and glass items are non-refundable.

Credit Cards:
American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards are welcomed.
A 3.5% Convenience fee applies to all credit card purchases.
Billing Terms:
Company Checks are only accepted with prior approval.
Returned checks not honored will have a $30.00 service charge added to the amount due.
Checks not cleared up within 10 days will be turned over for collection and additional collection fees will apply.
Wire transfers received by PanAm have a $30 bank fee for national wire transfers and $50 bank fee for international wire transfers.
Minimum orders are $20.00 for over-the-counter sales.
